Sparkling White Wine Mango JamWelcome to “Ask Ellen.” I’ll be here to help you with ideas for what to do with the assorted goodies available from the KULA MARKETPLACE.

With the Holiday Season in full swing, I have a few goodies that I keep in my pantry (and for gifts). This week we had our annual Cookie Baking Party. The favorite — good old thumbprint cookies, filled with Maui Favorites Sparkling White Wine Mango Jam. Not many made it to the gift boxes!  I also used the jam for my Crescent  Roll Ups ( I just take the pre-made crescent dough from the dairy case at the grocery store and spread a little of the jam on each before I roll them; a touch of egg wash and a sprinkle of Maui sugar and they are perfect with tea).   The best munchies have to be Ham Biscuits with mustard-mango sauce (4 parts Maui Favorites Old Fashioned Baked Mango Chutney with 1 part Maui Favorites Maui Onion Garlic Honey Mustard), and it goes great with cheese or beef too.
